Exercise releases endorphins, often referred to as 'feel-good hormones', which can help to reduce stress and anxiety. For instance, a brisk 30-minute walk every day can significantly improve an individual's mood and energy levels. Secondly, maintaining a balanced diet is another crucial aspect of mental well-being. Consuming nutrient-rich foods, such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, can help to boost brain function and mood. For example, omega-3 fatty acids, found in fish and nuts, are known to reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. Thirdly, it is essential to cultivate a strong social network. Interacting with friends and family, joining clubs or groups, or volunteering in the community can provide emotional support and a sense of belonging. Mental health can be tricky as humans do not know what is going on inside our heads. That is why today I am going to talk about people's mental health going berserk. For instance people make very judgmental decisions based on their mental health. That is why mental health is becoming a major concern in today's society. Some people don't understand mental health when they are burnt out or depressed. I did see some calculation on a website that said ''People nowadays do not know what is wrong with them and while some mistake it being depression or ADHD. For intense head ache they drink advil for depression they drink anti-depression medicine. For my understanding that is why mental health is becoming a major concern. People take too many medicine labeled as anti-depression or ADHD medicines. That is wrong in many ways. But there are many incident where people didn't know what they have and left it alone. Although it might be nothing but by chance they might have schizophrenia or OCD etc. That is the reason why people should go to a doctor or a therapist to know their condition and what to do with them because some people just do some quiz and think they have some kind of mental problem. So i would recommend going to a therapist or see professional help. All in all mental health is the most important part of living a happy and healthy life. And that is what i would recommend doing if you feel different from yourself and do not take any medicine without a doctor's examination paper.
