There’s an ongoing debate on whether ditching meat and animal products for a vegetarian or vegan diet leads to better health, or if a balanced diet including these items is actually vital for well-being. I believe moderation is key, and including varied food sources is beneficial to health. Advocates for vegetarian or vegan lifestyles assert that plant-based diets reduce risks of heart diseases, diabetes, and obesity. They argue that fruits, vegetables, grains, and legumes provide ample nutrients and fibers necessary for a healthy life. For instance, Mediterranean diets, rich in plant-based foods and low in meat, are often linked to longevity and reduced health issues. It suggests that non-meat diets might indeed be the healthier choice. On the flip side, many nutritionists advocate for a balanced diet that incorporates meat, arguing it’s a crucial source of complete proteins and essential vitamins like B12. Meat, they contend, is a vital part of human dietary needs that plants alone can't fully satisfy. An example is the Inuit diet, heavily reliant on animal products, yet associated with low incidences of the ailments typically attributed to Western diets high in processed foods. In conclusion, both diets have merits: vegetarianism for its links to lower chronic disease rates and meat-inclusive diets for comprehensive nutrition. Futhermore eating these products are better way to gain weight those who desire to get a perfect body shape, also some people think that it is important to consume meats and animal product for everyday activities. For instance, a report says that,75% healthier people's are daily consuming animals products to prevents their body from health problems. In conclution, although vegetarian diet may good for our health,I believe that eating meat and animal products is the best option for our health, futhermore it contains lot of nutrients and protiens compared to vegan products.
